Managing 10,000+ property listings with real-time search without compromising performance was a major challenge, along with implementing a secure and scalable system for multiple user roles—builders, agents, buyers, and super admins—each requiring different access levels and functionalities. Additionally, optimizing high-resolution property images to ensure fast loading on mobile networks added further complexity.

Implemented scalable search indexing and applied paginated lazy loading to enhance frontend performance, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Developed a granular role-based access control (RBAC) system, integrated JWT-based authentication middleware, and created dynamic permission matrices to ensure flexible, secure, and scalable access control across different user roles.
Storage & Delivery
Integrated AWS S3 for scalable storage and utilized CloudFront CDN to ensure fast and reliable global content delivery.
Optimization & Experience
Enabled WebP auto-conversion for optimized image sizes and implemented progressive image loading to enhance overall user experience.
